Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing the necessary support to the CEO towards the efficiency and productivity of his office.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for complying with all relevant ZECO Company’s policies as per HSE and Quality procedures in accordance with ISO and other industry standards
  • High-level interactions with Management, Clients, Investors, Partners, etc.
  • Ability to conduct meetings in the absence of the CEO
  • Scheduling, attending, moderating and taking minutes for meetings;
  • Extensive correspondences (emailing, letters, etc.)
  • Filing
  • Travel Planning
  • Preparation of Business Proposals / Plans, Investment Models, etc.
  • Any other duties which may arise within the department from time to time.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Business OR Finance OR Marketing – related Diploma/Degree
  • At least 5 CXC passes including no worse than a Grade 2 in Maths & English
  • 3 years’ experience in a Corporate Environment

  • Ability to prepare Business Documents such as Executive Summaries, Business Proposals, Investment Models, etc.
  • Good Analytical Skills
  • Website Design and Development skills will be an asset
  • Must be punctual
