The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing the necessary support to the CEO towards the efficiency and productivity of his office.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for complying with all relevant ZECO Company’s policies as per HSE and Quality procedures in accordance with ISO and other industry standards
- High-level interactions with Management, Clients, Investors, Partners, etc.
- Ability to conduct meetings in the absence of the CEO
- Scheduling, attending, moderating and taking minutes for meetings;
- Extensive correspondences (emailing, letters, etc.)
- Filing
- Travel Planning
- Preparation of Business Proposals / Plans, Investment Models, etc.
- Any other duties which may arise within the department from time to time.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Business OR Finance OR Marketing – related Diploma/Degree
- At least 5 CXC passes including no worse than a Grade 2 in Maths & English
- 3 years’ experience in a Corporate Environment

- Ability to prepare Business Documents such as Executive Summaries, Business Proposals, Investment Models, etc.
- Good Analytical Skills
- Website Design and Development skills will be an asset
- Must be punctual
