Zeco Group of Services is excited to offer the position of Rigger to set up repair rigging for the movement of heavy equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare loads that need to be moved
- Prepare rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts
- Select appropriate rigging gear
- Inspect rigging before final use
- Monitor and maintain rigging equipment
- Breaking down rigging equipment and conducting post-rigging inspections
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year similar experience
- In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery
- Excellent hearing and vision
- Ability to work at heights and in noisy environment
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment
